Our Geneva site is open at 671 S. Exchange Street. Our sign is up and parking is available at the Elizabeth Blackwell St. entrance. Our new site is located in the same building as Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes, Inc. Our new location will continue to offer training to child care programs, parenting classes, resources and referrals for parents and a small resource room for visitation services.



Child & Family Resources is opening a site in Canandaigua! We will be sharing office space with Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes at 514 South Main Street. At this time services to families and the child care community are by appointment only.



Child & Family Resources office hours will be changing as of September 2nd. New office hours will be 9am to 4:30pm for Geneva, Seneca Falls and Penn Yan sites! “Canandaigua hours are by appointment only until fully staffed”

Hand in Hand for Children and Families in Ontario, Seneca & Yates Counties

Child and Family Resources was established in 1975 with the opening of a parent cooperative preschool. This unique non-profit child/family centered agency now comprises five sites to directly serve communities in Ontario, Seneca and Yates Counties. Child and Family Resources continues to modify and expand its services to meet the ever-changing needs of children and families.
